#SUMMERENDER2016 | Boracay Island, Aklan

First week of the school year had just started but my summer 2016 still continued.
It was April when my close uncle booked 4 tickets for Boracay which excited me the most hearing the word (because it was since childhood I have been dreaming for it and finally it came true). Unfortunately, my uncle told me that we would wait until June cause the flight tickets were dated on June 18-20. Yay, it was a three-day stay. Together with us in Boracay are my mom and one of my titas. Too bad, my aunt couldn't go since she wanted it. Nevertheless, that time she had also an another trip with one of our close fam (the close family that I've often mentioned in my posts). Well so, waiting can last.
When the month of June arrived, I felt with mixed emotions. Feeling excited yet a little bit overwhelmed cause classes would be back in few days. Also, I'm feeling astonishingly excited because our Boracay trip was yet near approaching.
Morning of June 18. My uncle together with my tita arrived to fetch me and my mom at home.
It was middle of the morning when we reached to the Mactan Cebu International Airport. We waited for our flight there in a couple of minutes.
It was 12 noon when we hop on our plane(fact: it was my first-ever plane ride experience of my entire life). It took almost an hour when we got to Caticlan Airport.

After we took off from the kite, we rode into a van transporting us to Boracay Jetty Port. From the port, another ride on a ferry boat until finally reached the island of Boracay.
We arrived in our villa at 3 located on the Station 3 and settled down our things and went strolling outside and made the rest of the day.
All I know: Boracay is divided into three portions: Station 1, Station 2, and Station 3. The posh and expensive hotels are mostly located at Station 1, while the budget accommodations are mostly at Station 3. Station 2 is known as the center of nightlife in the island.
We walked into some various shops, stopped by on some food restaurants to eat and took pictures while sprawling on the long white sands of the island.
Here's a fact: I badly kissed the powdery white sand for the reason I made it to Boracay for the very first of my life. I never thought I could not able to reach here until I get old. LOL. Thanks to my dearest uncle.
Later that night, we went out to experience the night life in Boracay.
The next day. June 19. We went out again for an island hopping. To make the most out of your stay, we signed up for the exciting adventures to discover what was the island had to offer. We've got the chance to dive in to the blue crystal waters of Boracay.
The best part of the day was to visit the Puka Beach which is a great spot for adrenalin junkies. This place is the perfect spot for kiteboarding and surfing.
Also activities like jet skiing, kayaking, skimboarding, windsurfing, parasailing are available but never got the chance to try due to some pretty issues but hopefully someday on the next visit I can try it all.

We stayed here for about an hour and it gave me the moment to take some great pictures.
We went back to our villa almost sunset after a long day of the island hopping. I must say that was crazily tired but the day was indeed fun and worth-memorable since it was my very first time.
June 20th. Last day of stay in the Boracay. I woke up early because I knew we were going to leave the island right after breakfast. I walked outside into the beach, stayed there for a long couple of minutes and waited for the sun to rise.
It is really true that first time travels are usually never forgotten, so I made the best to make every minute of it count. First time in Boracay is really cherishable and it brought me worth of memories to remember. Looking forward to come back soon and could able to experience more of the island activities.
A more than a billion thanks for my uncle who brought us in Boracay (since it was also the first time of my mom to visit the island) and for letting me know how it felt like riding on a plane for the very first. hehe. You really ended my summer with a memorable experience. Looking forward for more surprising travels, uncle.
